Rest in Peace Becki Crosby aka Whippycake

Rest in Peace Becki Crosby aka Whippycake

I want to leave this post up as a permanent reminder of how this amazing person reached out to us and supported us when we just started this brand.

We will be adding pictures and or videos as I get more items to repost.

I scrolled today and I found the first time she shouted me out.  Which was also around the same time we started being friends.

I have already left one message but I feel it wasn’t good enough. I don’t know what to say about loosing you. Even though I don’t know you, I still feel that it was you that brought me out of my depression. Looking at your photo’s and seeing you made me wanna be like you. You are a true inspiration. God bless you and your family. I will not forget what you did for me. I will still be following your posts. From a fan, Tammy Dover

I am so sorry to hear about this. I just started following whippy because I fell in love with her hair. As a matter of fact, I went and had my hair done exactly like hers before everything closed up because of the coronavirus. She is so beautiful. Her children are beautiful. God bless her children for loosing such a beautiful, talented, loving mother and God bless you Whippy. You will be missed. I still will be looking back at your photo’s to get ideas for myself. You are a beautiful inspiration.

My heart is heavy for her family for their loss and for the world’s loss of this bright light. As a 20 year breast cancer survivor myself, I always feel a tremendous sense of survivor’s guilt when I hear of young woman who passes. I was 38 when I was diagnosed. Let’s carry on, living large & making a difference – with our pixies – in her memory!

You are the epitome of LOVE, Grit and Grace. I thank you for sharing so much of yourself back to your original whippycake headbands, smashbook days to sharing your lessons with cancer…. What a legacy of love and light

Even though I never met Whippycake I, as so many others, feel as though she gave us a glimpse into her life. With her amazing Instagram posts, I followed her and enjoyed all her fun cuts, color, grow outs and her innovative ideas to style a pixie. When she got ill, I followed her even closer, learned from her about positive vibes and love and light. She was my hero and an incredible inspiration!!

The depth of my sadness is infinite. It makes me question… However, I think Becky would want us to face the sun and breathe in the fresh air. We need to focus on the positive as she did.

I loved her and she never knew me but, that’s ok. She brought such joy to my world. For that, I thank her.

To her family, she was such a fabulous person but, you already know that. Take her love she gave you and shine!

    God bless.
